SCI Direct is looking for a Marketing Specialist to provide an interpretation of business data and identify opportunities based on analysis, market performance, and trends. Responsible for creating and improving marketing content to achieve our business goals, including content to raise brand awareness, and monitoring metrics to identify best practices. Working with Sales Operations Managers to develop bottoms-up/top-down sales and services forecasts. Manage performance to budgets and identify potential risks and opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze marketing data to identify potential opportunities to increase lead volume while simultaneously maintaining/reducing Marketing Cost Per Sale

  • Partner with Sales Operations Managers to drive company/regional/market goals and objectives

  • Develop and manage marketing annual budgets

  • Creating and revising marketing content on all current and new advertising pieces

  • Tracking all metrics related to new/revised content

  • A/B testing new creative to create best practices

  • Track key performance indicators on a daily basis and provide results/analysis to Marketing Manager

  • Develop and monitor monthly direct mailings (SAC & EDDM) to maximize response and minimize over-saturation

  • Oversee seminar attendee distribution, provide technical support, compile and analyze various reports in Salesforce CRM and MS Excel

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and team to develop creative marketing concepts

  • Act as a liaison for Director’s Choice and the field to continually improve experience for consumer

  • Partner with Marketing Manager and At-Need leadership to determine markets primary/secondary goals and objectives

  • Develop a holistic relationship with Sales Operations and At-Need leadership to define cost-effective strategies which will expand brand presence and increase true At-Need cases

  • Expand and/or create a marketing message which benefits both the Pre-Need and At-Need teams, reducing the company’s overall marketing spend while improving brand awareness and lead generation

  • Identify multiple marketing and revenue avenues to expand At-Need gross profit

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree required, marketing degree preferred
