The Inside Sales Counselor is responsible for generating sales by conducting telephone consultations regarding pre-arranging. The Inside Sales Counselor is expected to produce pre-need sales consistently with monthly sales targets.

Requirements, Qualifications, and Special Skills

  • Exceptional level of professionalism

  • Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communications skills

  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal)

  • High level of compassion and integrity

  • Strong “one call close” ability

  • Independent, self-reliant, and self-motivated

  • Must be able to pass a full background check

Experience:

  • Two plus years of Telephone Sales Experience Preferred

  • May required State-specific Pre Need License (as applicable)

Working Environment

  • Work from home after completion of training and proven ability to sell remotely
