The Call Center Counselor is responsible for generating sales through conducting telephone consultations regarding pre-arranging. The Call Center Counselor is expected to produce pre-need sales consistent with monthly sales targets and conversion rate requirements. The individual will work in a call center environment and report directly to the Call Center Operations Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Complete the SCI Direct initial sales associate training program
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets/quotas
Convert warm leads provided by the company
Set telephonic appointments
Attend sales meetings/WebEx/conference calls as needed
Virtually meet with families to secure sales
Must be able to multi-task, set priorities and manage appointments efficiently
Requirements, Qualifications, and Special Skills
Exceptional level of professionalism
Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communications skills
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal)
High level of compassion and integrity
Strong “one call close” ability
Independent, self-reliant, and self-motivated
