In collaboration with sales and marketing leadership, and Human Resources, foster a sense of pride in the staff and encourage profitable case volume growth. Ensure staffing levels are consistent with Sales goals.

Business Development Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for monitoring PAA staffing levels

  • Prioritize PAA staffing/recruitment

  • Work with Sales, Regional and Sales Operations Managers, to ensure appropriate staffing levels of Pre-Arrangement Advisor (PAA) are met and maintained

  • Partner HR/Recruiting to achieve staffing ramp up thru any and all channels possible based on viable staffing reports

  • Collaborate with all levels of sales management and HR to measure PAA recruitment

  • Develop and implement key staffing and training initiatives

  • Troubleshoot issues at the location level related to staffing (i.e. turnover, lack of candidates, lack of training, office management, etc.)

  • Partner with appropriate parties for resolution

  • May be asked to (internal and external), interview, assess, and hire

  • Recommends and discusses terminations with local Sales Leadership

  • Special Projects

MINIMUM Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline strongly preferred

Experience

  • At least ten (10) years in sales management

  • At least five (5) years’ experience in sales recruiting management

  • A proven sales background

  • Strong background in recruiting

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Professional interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office suite including mail, word, excel, & power point

  • Skilled at managing both the big picture and fine details

  • Strong influencing, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Proficient working with databases as the company’s products, pricing, and contracting is automated

Work CONDITIONS

  • Typically required to work several evenings or weekends each month

  • Travel: Regular travel up to 25%
