Responsible for managing field funeral, cemetery and central care labor standards for both wage and FTE levels for the SCI network based on key drivers. Partner with operations to implement improvement plans.
Manage identification and documentation of drivers and processes
Field interviews and market visits to study and identify labor performance
Implement labor improvement plans
Present labor improvement plans to Leadership
Identification of labor improvement opportunities
Identify internal and external key metrics that would drive labor improvement
Forecast, plan and schedule optimal labor levels
Work with Analyst team to identify labor improvement opportunities through data analysis
Recommend conclusions and support decision making
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, statistics, human resources or a related discipline
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
Strong quantitative analysis and statistical modeling skills
Advanced understanding of financial statements and labor expense drivers
Ability to think strategically about business issues
Communication and team building skills to successfully involve other corporate departments and business units in data gathering efforts
