Serves as the subject matter expert, internal consultant, and project manager on Talent Management programs and projects. Designs, implements and evaluates Talent Management programs that promote the acquisition, development, retention, and advancement of talent across all phases of the employee lifecycle.


  • Serves as a strategic Talent Management specialist to develop, and implement initiatives to attract, develop, retain and promote a diverse talent pool.

  • May consult with internal business leaders on the goals of organizational transformation, providing process support and tools that facilitate proactive development of an inclusive and diverse work environment.

  • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to build and execute Talent Management strategies.

  • Researches, evaluates and proposes Talent Management best practices to management.

  • Strengthens leadership capability around talent management practices via multiple interventions including but not limited to workshops, supporting tools and technology and use of appropriate external resources.

  • Compiles, analyzes, monitors and reports against key metrics to diagnose and evaluate the effectiveness of Talent Management programs.

  • Designs and delivers training, presentations, workshops, and other learning initiatives.

  • Manages the configuration of necessary technology systems to support Talent Management processes and reporting.

  • Facilitates discussions to enhance the learning and understanding of Talent Management principles and best practices.

  • Defines and maintains job qualifications, including competencies, skills, and work experiences

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of culture, talent and marketplace initiatives

  • Adept at facilitating workshops and delivering presentations, including to senior leaders

  • Ability to effectively consult, advise, and influence multiple stakeholders at varying levels in the organization to drive business results

  • Strong business acumen, understanding and articulating bottom-line impact of Talent initiatives across functions

  • Ability to identify and recommend methods to resolve problems

  • Ability to update, simplify, enhance and optimize existing processes, procedures, policies and technologies

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or related field or 5 years of equivalent experience.

Certification/License :

  • HR certifications in Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development, and/or Talent Analytics preferred.

  • SHPR, PHR a plus.


  • Five years Human Resources, Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development or a relevant discipline

  • Two years implementing Talent Management programs and initiatives

  • Talent technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Cornerstone on Demand
