Work with the Centers of Excellence leads (Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Sales Enablement) and HR Strategic Business Partners to build, edit and deliver programs that will bring to life the desired Associate Experience across the organization in support of our attraction, development and retention goals. Apply key principles of learning, collaborate on design, development, and implementation of enablement programs; this role will be a hybrid of instructional design, curriculum design and development, and site administration. Develop and implement the learning technology strategy including the ongoing design, configuration, testing, deployment and end-user training for North America Sales and all related integrated technologies including the integration with multiple software platforms. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Map out curriculums to ensure maximum adoption of learning programs. Partners to determine and define project scope and objectives. Plan and implement annual initiatives across departments
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, timing, and negotiate solutions. Work collaboratively with marketing, PMO, product and policy teams to align on goals and objectives for product release, messaging and positioning, and demos. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, monitoring progress and make adjustments as needed. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Lead mapping and meta-tagging training programs to maintain Sales Capabilities Index Implementing formal and informal training analytics on assessments, enrollment, completion and the Sales Capabilities Index (SCI). Using reporting methods to pivot strategies and understand adoption rates. Leverage feedback to make sure the programs are in line with key metrics including impacts to revenue expectations. Conduct and report on market/industry trends and updates.
Compile and assess all current sales training and development programs. Identify current gaps, propose future state, prioritize the work, and ensure we continue to move towards the future.
Project manage programs and initiatives, delivering against the roadmap’s milestones and deadlines.
Lead on automated enrollment tasks of onboarding experience for all academies. Managing access of system users, content creators, and subject matter experts. Communicates with field on availability, registration and enrollment process.
Recommend capability and competency enablement based on results of site reporting and adoption.
Keep the sales associates and sales leaders’ front and center by understanding readiness, willingness and actions needed to create awareness, understanding, adoption and commitment.
Leverage this work to create a compelling voice for the Associate Experience and drive employee engagement
MINIMUM Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology or related field
Certification
- PMP designation is an asset
Experience
At least six (6) years of program development, implementation, and management experience
At least three (3) years of LMS experience; supporting sales strongly preferred
At least three (3) years of instructional design experience
Preferred 5+ years sales or sales enablement experience with enterprise SaaS companies
Preferred 5+ years’ experience developing content
Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts, learning managers, and facilitators
Previous strategic Center of Excellence or HR Business Partner background is a strong bonus
Experience building on-boarding and enablement plans in a successful, high growth environment

Demonstrated experience in building enterprise-level people programs; preferably at “Best Employer” winning organizations
Ability to build business cases, requirement gather, deliver project plans and execute on schedule
Strong technical aptitude for organization readiness and tactics to generate awareness, understanding and adoption
Demonstrated experience presenting in a variety of formal and informal settings, including working with cross functionally in a consultative manner
