Provides legal advice and support to management on mergers and acquisitions, privacy compliance, and contract drafting for a publicly traded company founded in 1962.
Provides legal advice and support to management on a wide variety of legal matters to include:
Privacy Compliance - Operationalize privacy law requirements by creating measurable tools, procedures, and processes for our internal teams to follow in order to implement compliance.
Privacy Contracts – Negotiate and draft and supervise outside counsel in the negotiation and drafting of agreements that govern the management of sensitive and protected data.
Mergers and Acquisitions – Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements and engage in related diligence and regulatory approvals
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and strong academic background
- Texas State Bar licensure or ability to reciprocate to Texas

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various internal business entities, executive teams, government and regulatory agencies, and outside counsel
