  • Consolidate financial plans and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Create in-depth financial analysis to explain trends or variations from expectations and identify opportunities and risks. Compile, analyze and summarize various operational results for use by senior business leaders

  • Build relevant ad hoc analysis and/or financial modeling for business insight and effective decision-making, related to key strategic financial initiatives, providing results summary.

  • Performs complex excel-based financial modeling. Responsible for extracting data from various internal systems. Collects and analyzes present and past financial data, trends and forecasts revenues and expenses. Works collaboratively with other support departments to maintain consistent quality of data input and adherence to defined processes. Recommends improvements and changes in key performance indicators that drive spend optimization and overall organizational effectiveness.

  • Deliver timely and reliable projections within corporate deadlines, considering key assumptions and business judgment.

  • Working independently, self manages workload and negotiates deadlines to meet expectations. Completes complex and non-routine assignments independently. Applies experience and knowledge of industry, company, policies, and regulations to resolve or recommend solutions. Discusses escalated issue recommendations with peers or manager. Exhibits accountability for work and behaviors. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Takes the initiative to discuss assignments, expectations, priorities and deadlines as well as seek guidance and coaching from manager. Notifies manager when workload is light and volunteers for additional work. Adjusts quickly to new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.

  • Identifies efficiencies to team and manager. Documents work as part of deliverables, resulting in high quality materials for internal and external usage. Drafts standard operating procedures (SOP) and develops job aids.

MINIMUM Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline


  • At least two (2) years’ Financial Analysis experience with a publicly traded corporation

  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of regulations

  • PowerBI, Tableau, or similar experience preferred.

  • Process and results oriented, motivated to keep projects moving ahead by removing obstacles and exploring alternatives

  • Applies best practices in documenting business requirements in an iterative way, particularly using agile methodologies

  • Ability to create clear reports and data visualizations to assist in decision-making and problem analysis

  • Conversant in technical discipline acumen

  • Must have a positive attitude, a drive to continually advance your understanding of the industry and business, and is highly self-motivated

  • Ability to build professional and trusting business relations as well as interact and collaborate with all levels of department management

  • Professional written and verbal communication

  • Advanced Excel skills; Proficient with MS Office Suite
